Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to tickets to The MoPho purchased through themophonyc.com from Museum of Phones, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Pre-Sale Tickets

Pre-sale tickets are valid for one (1) admission to The MoPho and are not assigned a date or time when you buy them. Before The MoPho opens, and before regular tickets go on sale, we will email you a link to choose your date and time slot. We are targeting an opening in New York City in February 2027. Dates, times, and locations are subject to change.

2. All Sales Final

Except as stated in Section 3, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a ticket has been purchased, including if you are unable to attend on the date or time you choose.

3. If The MoPho Does Not Open

If circumstances prevent us from opening The MoPho, we will refund every ticket purchase in full to the original payment method. You do not need to take any action. We will contact the email address you provided at purchase with information about your refund.

4. Opening Deadline

If The MoPho has not opened to the public by January 31, 2028, you may request a full refund of any ticket you purchased and have not used by emailing info@themophonyc.com from the email address used at purchase, with your order details. We will refund the request in full to the original payment method. This right is in addition to Section 3.

5. How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds are issued to the card or other payment method used for the purchase, through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, a refund can take several business days to appear on your statement.
